  I’m so fed up with our mail service. Card finally arrived… the day after filing a refund claim, it shows up. None of this would have happened if the tracking numbers were able to provide me with some sort of tracking info. I couldn’t even see if it got mailed out! Card arrived as described. It was properly secured inside an envelope. Lots of frustration during this purchase, but Incan honestly say that eBay needs to step up their game! Would consider doing business again in the future!

  buyer never contacted me. just put in a claim. I asked him to please allow me time to figure out why ebay's tracking was not working so I can fix the issue. buyer then called me a scammer & demanded his money back. Stated the last buyer just gave him his money back. Sounds like he knows how to cheat the system. I've had many honest buyers accept the delivery of the card even when the tracking shows it has not even been shipped My history speaks for itself. Buyer seems to have a new acct red flag
