  Item was as described exactly, nothing hidden, and the cost was half that of a new one. The packing was outstanding, Except for damage from what I presume was from the USPS and a corner smashed in upon arrival. The screen was damaged in the top right corner. Shipper was outstanding and everything was corrected and taken care of very promptly! Highly recommend this seller and I will use again in the future.

  Shipped very quickly, arrived within a few days, and very well packaged. Product was better than expected – was a Used piece, but seemed brand new so that was a very nice surprise. Really appreciated the free shipping and am very thankful to have found this seller! Got the replacement part (removable drip tray) for our Kuerig way cheaper than I would have if ordering it online.   Shipping was fast and packaging was great. Arrived in good condition and looks to be in as described (great) condition. Have not had a chance to check out how it works but seller did put the scan mechanism in the lock position so presume it works. The lock keeps the mechanism from moving when it is shipped - being in the proper position says the seller knows what they are doing and are careful.
