Open and clear to me upfront about the period of time needed to manufacture the wheel and once it was ready they sent me the shipping and tracking information. Shipping was very fast, except the item was delayed/held up in Ontario California, which was fault on UPS as usual as they seemed have lost the shipment, but I kept following up with UPS until I received it. Packing was wondering. Excellent!!

Wheels are perfect, they look amazing, they were perfectly priced imho, and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend, would certainly wait for them again. Great communication throughout the process via whatsapp. If you are on the fence, trust me, great experience that I was initially very unsure of!
