  This is an excellent Seller. I had to inform them that unfortunately the ssd they sent out was defective (caused pc to crash on multiple test setups). They responded quickly and got straight onto getting the issue resolved. Replacement product worked flawlessly. Product was exactly as advertised, in perfect condition (as new) , well packaged and good value. I would recommend this seller as sometimes things can go wrong but they sorted issues extremely fast. Thumbs up!

  Really quick replies from the seller, was able to help with questions related to the wireless card and other queries on parts, and when ordered on Friday (around lunch) arrived through my door before 10am on a Saturday. Really happy with the experience of their customer support on messages to help me verify the product before purchase, and with the whole package in general. Very well protected in individual bags for components, inside of a plastic bubble wrap and box. Overall very happy.

  Despite the first item being faulty, the replacement unit is great. Seller communication to resolve my issue was excellent and understanding of my concerns. Dispatch and delivery was very fast on both items, they were exceptionally well packaged and at no extra cost either! The returns process was simple too. Very pleased with my purchase.
