  Item as described, dispatch was a little slow but that is to be expected and is mentioned in the listing and the fact I wasnt in a rush for it I was prepared to wait. Unlike some buyers I did not experience any damage to corners etc, even though the packaging could be a little better. But all in all a great item to display your Lego Tallneck just have a little patience were delivery is concerned. Putting it together was a breeze and I am one happy chappie. Highly recommend this seller. AAA+

  Item arrived over a month after my order, but was charged for 48hr delivery. When I re-checked the original listing it did say dispatch time was a few weeks away, I assume this was due to manufacturing times. After 3 weeks I contacted the seller requesting an update but zero comms. Item arrived in good order eventually apart from not being quite the same as the pictures( no sign saying what set number). Negative feedback due to dispatch time ( not obvious in original posting) and poor comms.

  All of our products have a 20 working day lead time. The estimated delivery date is stated on the listing, prior to the buyer placing the order. The buyer also received an order confirmation with the delivery date. On every listing description written in bold, 'please take note of the current shipping times and the estimated delivery date prior to placing the order'. The shipping method is Royal Mail 48 hours tracked, not it will be delivered in 48 hours. Feedback was left due to incompetence.

  Excellent item as per description. Perfect manufacture and assembly is simple with clear and easy to follow instructions. The finished product is very high quality and the printed background is exceptionally good resolution which really finishes the case off. Delivery was as per the advertised timeframe and arrived safe and sound due to the quality and durability of the packaging used. Recommended seller and will definitely purchase another one in the future.
