  The seller accepted my offer, they packaged it well and it arrived as described. The item was delayed by the delivery company but the seller looked into it promptly and the item arrived soon after,very impressed by this service. Would recommend this seller and will probably buy from them again.

  Unfortunately, we couldn't complete the sale as the seller misplaced the loco - but in fairness he informed me as soon as he knew it was missing, immediately refunded the full price and offered me a discount on his other items; so all in all, a positive experience. Great customer service!
