  The seller sent me the wrong colour sheets and did offer me a discount if I was happy to keep them, however I wanted the ones I’d ordered which they no longer had in stock. I returned them through the eBay money back guarantee. They provided a free return label which tracked the return. Once the seller received the item they issued me a full refund.

  Item recieved and has described BUT as for delivery that’s something else, Item ordered on 21st Aug but didn’t receive till 3rd Sept - not really acceptable, I do believe it was a problem with courier service and not with the seller - needs to consider using other than EVRI

  Can not fault delivery and packaging, extremely fast. How ever pillowcases are different kettle fish, look hand made and are made of stretchy fabric I've T. Shirts made of same fabric. But overall seller superb, delivery superb, packaging superb, just quality of pillowcases not good in anyway everything else like stated carnt fault so so sorry I've never been dissatisfied with things bought of ebay but guess always a first time .

  We had a little problem at the beginning, but with brief exchange of messages it was resolved quickly. The communication was excellent and the item is exactly the same. Delivery was reasonable pace and well packaged. Another great Ebay seller.

  Good quality item which I have ordered before. Item was in perfect condition, packaging perfect. I find this item to be of good value, compared to others selling the same. Item had exactly same appearance as on the sellers webpage. I would recommend this seller as good value for money and delivery was earlier than expected ….. bonus
