    Very good buyer! Very fast postage, came the next day. The packaging was protective and did no damage. They gave me a deal when I asked to negotiate the price. The ds was as described except I’m not sure the bottom screen is IPS as I don’t know how to check it. Great value nether the less and it works perfectly . Would buy from this buyer again as they have great communication.

    So far so good, arrived nicely sealed, Great price for a nearly new Robot hoover, was delivered in brand new condition apart from the box (which I knew about) Brilliant communication with some questions I had about the product, Slightly concerned with no warranty on the product but that has been reflected in the price and I understand that's what happens with 2nd hand items as long as fit for purpose, so overall very happy with the seller, I'd not hesitate to buy from this seller again :)

    I initially received the wrong item but they were quick to respond and send me a replacement. Took less than a week to sort and ship everything, and was packaged relatively well too considering the haste of it all. Ultimately item works perfectly and I’m happy with the service I received!
