  The package was pretty crushed, but so well wrapped that nothing fell out. All the pieces were in plastic bags, and only 3 pieces were missing...the victrola's needle arm and two bushes. When contacted the company made new copies of the three missing pieces and sent them to me.

  Excellent! Exactly as advertised. Two very small pieces were broken and I think one was missing in total (out of 4124 pieces) but I believe this happened during shipping. Seller was communicative and quickly resolved any issues. Would purchase from again. Thanks!
