    This is my second order from this seller. The first time, I purchased a Franck Muller watch, and this time, I ordered two straps in different colors. The seller found the exact colors I needed and shipped everything as agreed. However, I want to especially thank the seller for the proper approach to packaging such items. During FedEx delivery, the cardboard packaging was torn on several sides, likely due to delivery issues, and the straps, being small, could have easily been stolen or lost.

    Item shipped promptly and was packaged very well. It is constructed well, but installing the film in the load side is a bit tricky. The seller was very responsive to my questions and kindly provided a video that helped a little.
