Product was imported from Brazil which took about a month (which I expected) due to customs and inspections in both countries. The seller provided tracking and they also kept me updated on its shipping as it progressed. Although not on time, the delay was “out of the hands” of the seller and delay was not due to the seller. Product was packed well. Very happy with my purchase! Would buy again.
