All of our items come from major retail stores and most of our items are brand new with tags. We provide combined shipping and free returns on all of our products.     The seller had issues with the shipping carrier and the quality and condition of the product I received definitely did not meet the appearance or the value I had though I was getting. The SELLER made the transaction Exceptional by FULLY REFUNDING my costs, including shipping! I have added him to my favorites and will keep an eye out for other items he is selling that might interest me.
