    The seller had issues with the shipping carrier and the quality and condition of the product I received definitely did not meet the appearance or the value I had though I was getting. The SELLER made the transaction Exceptional by FULLY REFUNDING my costs, including shipping! I have added him to my favorites and will keep an eye out for other items he is selling that might interest me.
