  Item was in great condition, with original packaging and very carefully packed for shipping. They were very good about communicating a minor inconsistency in the description with me.   The handbag is the same as it was described, I like it vey much! It's imperfections are not as noticable as shown by the photos. SUPER FAST shipping, I bought it in the early morning of Thursday and I received in on Saturday before noon!! (although it's 3-hour flight distance). Fare price and nice packaging.   I am in absolute shock! This purchase arrived so FAST!! From Japan! I ordered on Sunday, it shipped on Monday, and was at my door by Wednesday morning! Beautifully packaged in a box and double bagged. Such a great value! This jacket is much nicer than the pics show! Looks brand new! Exactly as described.   This is an amazing seller. I've bought from them three or four times now. There's two (really good) things you should know about them. While the listing says the item comes from Tokyo, it literally arrives in 48 hours. How they manage to do that, I have no idea. The other thing to know is that when they list the "Condition" a 6 or 7 out of 10, every time the item has been as brand new as can be, minus original packaging. An amazing find! A+++++

  Prior to purchasing this beautiful handbag, I’ve read the reviews for this seller and I have to say my experience mirrors many of their reviews. The shipping was very quick, even with authentication. The condition was better than stated and definitely a value and very reasonably priced vs similar listings. The listing was very detailed and they answered my question very quickly. I like the option of paying duties upfront vs paying when delivered. It was packed very well. Very happy!
