  Really sorry this has happened, our delivery company tried to deliver these numerous times and each time the place was closed, it ended up being delivered by one of the delivery company's office staff, with the place being closed each time delivery was attempted the fans were most likely damaged in transit. Would've been happy to correct the issue had the buyer contacted us about it.
