  The wrong part was sent, the seller refunded my money immediately. The warehouse apparently didn t see the voltage rating, and put in a 12 v fan instead of the 24 version. They look very similar down to the model number.

  C'était dit dans la description que c'était une pièce neuve et elle n'est pas neuve, elle n'est pas dans la même boite et il y a pas l'étiquette pour dire qu'elle est neuve et le vendeur ne veut pas nous rembourser.

  Firstly, the product is brand new, After the product arrived at the US customs, the buyer did not want to pay the customs duties and disappeared for three weeks. The buyer claims that the product is not brand new in order to get a discount, but he cannot provide photos because my product is brand new. Therefore, he gave a malicious negative review because I refused his extortion
