They arrived damaged as a result of rolling around and being battered on the trip. Very disapointed. Seller did not offer a discount or replacement - only for me to return them which was too inconvenient & they would have arrived back to him in a worse condition if wrapped the way they arrived, I would have had to spend time & money on packaging

Box was battered, not good packaging, luckily basket not too knocked about. You may think about adding something in the box to stop it getting squashed, FedEx are not fussy about throwing things around by the look of it.
