    FYI, eBay International Shipping (eIS) simplifies international orders. From America to other countries, the order first goes to the eIS hub near Chicago, Illinois. From there the order is bundled with others to similar destinations. I'm not certain in your case if it goes directly to Latvia or to an eIS hub somewhere else, possibly Lithuania, Estonia or Poland. From there eIS sends it to the buyer using local shipping or postal service.

    DVD Writer was packed very well for shipment. It arrived in perfect condition and was complete. Testing of the writer was successful for play and recording on a Mac computer. Price for the unit and for its shipping was acceptable. This buyer was pleased with this purchase.
