When queried a few times there was zero response, so I requested to cancel the order. They declined to cancel and only then posted the day after, still with no communication whatsoever. When it finally arrived, there was 400g less product than what I ordered and paid for... I again tried to contact them with zero response, so had to escalate with ebay to step in.
