The seller was proactive in reaching out to confirm the model and type number of my drill prior to shipping the product, to ensure that I had ordered the correct product. The shipping was fast, the product was well-packaged, and it was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this seller!

    The item never arrived. I believe the item was shipped. The seller has been great (excellent communications). This item was mailed via USPS 1st class mail which should have been appreciate and it was expected in this case. Of course there was no tracking information available. USPS has become less and less reliable in my experience. The seller has now had to increase shipping costs to provide tracking for a very small & low cost item which is unfortunate. I would buy from this seller again.
