  Vacuum was shipped out in a day’s period, it arrived safely. The packaging was a little bit odd, but i’m just glad it made it here in one piece, especially since it was shipped across the USA. It was was everything i expected, item was described perfectly. Great on Flexibility on the price too! Would definitely recommend this Seller!

  Shipping arrived well packaged. As described. Looks really nice for a used machine. Price was worth it as these machines are no longer made which I think is a shame and seller accepted my bid which was a plus . Recommend seller and items. Cant wait to use it thank you

  Shipping was neatly done and nicely packed, which also goes right along with the packaging, color was different than the photo but still nice, no complain, & the cost was worth it's value.

  The only way to really evaluate the seller is to see what happens when there is a problem. There was a problem with the food processor I bought, but I was able to resolve it quickly and pleasantly with the seller. This kind of discussion can be uncomfortable for the seller and buyer, alike. So, I was really appreciative that they took responsibility right away and made it easy to together find a solution. p.s. Since the seller was not aware of the problem, I still gave them 5 stars.
