    This watch did not arrive by due delivery date. Contacted seller and received no response which I thought was rather poor customer service, and I was going to leave negative feedback for this reason. However the watch did arrive in the end, 2 days late but just in time for my holidays, and it is as described and exactly what I wanted. And the seller also included a spare watch battery in the package which I wasn't expecting, so for that reason I'm giving positive feedback after all.

    Wrong colour was sent but the seller immediately dispatched the correct colour without hesitation, apologising for the error. All in all it was still a very swift service which I can’t fault. Great communication and the recipient is very happy with her bandanas. I would recommend and buy from this seller again.

    Recieved my refund today, unfortunately my delivery got lost by royalmail even though it showed my purchase delivered. Great seller we kept in contact regarding this issue. After all of this I now just recieved my purchase of sunglasses for my grandsons holiday today. So will be happily paying again for them. Lovely sunglasses too exactly as shown overall a very happy customer.
