  There were an error on the listing for the sizing of the vest. It came out to be too big. I advised the seller of the situation and he accepted that I returned the item. I had a great communication with the seller, thanks. Ebay automaticly refunded me without having to return the item to the seller. All that process was quick and easy. Thanks to Ebay.
