  Started great. The price was fair. The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, due to some confusion on the seller’s side, the jacket that I received wasn’t made in the exact sizes that I gave to the seller. The craftsmanship was excellent though. I really liked the look of it. Took a while for the seller to respond and communicating back and forth took about three weeks. Finally the situation was resolved and I received a jacket that fit me perfectly. I will buy again from this seller.

  This is my third Jacket from this seller and I couldn't be happier. Quality and workmanship is top notch. Each Jacket was made to my specifications and the fit is perfect. Communication with this seller was excellent. Items were packaged well and shipping was quick.

  This is the 17th suede jacket I have purchased from this seller, so I am obviously a very BIG fan of the quality and value they provide! I have been doing the made to measure approach since I purchased my first jacket, so once I got my measurements in their system, every subsequent order is made to fit me perfectly. Shipping time is usually about 7 - 10 days to the US. Every time I receive one of their jackets I am blown away by the quality and attention to detail they deliver! Their great!
