  This company are excellent to deal with, through no fault of there own (bad Couriers) my initial order did not arrive. After contacting them I confirmed the delivery address and despatched another item which I received two days later. Excellent service especially after the original package arrived hours before the second one. Great company to buy from totally recommended A+++++++++++++++.

  Item and seller ok, but instead of using Royal Mail as stated in delivery description, Amazon Shipping was used and package was delivered to the wrong address. I had to walk up and down my road asking neighbours if they had a package for me. I was at my address the whole time with a working door bell and a dog that barks at the slightest noise outside, but silence all round.

  Was found one morning chucked over the 'Goods in' gate. Item was cardboard box wrapped in tape saying ' FRAGILE' . But label said "Nails". Delivery driver must have arrived after 17:00 previous afternoon. Funny that 6" (152mm) nails were wrapped in 'Fragile' tape. Amusing. But the nails were fine and as described. Amusing.

  Sent out wrong product at first, but did replace it with the correct one in the end. Initially I sent a polite message through eBay, but after 48 hours received no response. So I then filed for a return, which took a further three days to be acknowledged, so it was a somewhat frustrating experience knowing if my concern was actually being dealt with or not. However, eventually the correct items were sent out, and I was told to also keep the incorrect ones. Delivery was also quick for both.
