    My order was despatched proptly and arrived the next day. My screws were well and securly packaged. Once opened I found they were as advertised and in new condition as advertised. Excellent value for money. Thank you seller.

    Ordered on the 8th May - was told that delivery would be by the 14th. I queried the non arrival on the 14th, and was told that it had been despatched. When the goods eventually arrived, close examination of the packing note showed that it wasn't even printed until the 14th May - later the tracking confirmed that it wasn't despatched until the 14th - the day I queried the non arrival. I have had good service from this company before - disappointing that they let me down on this occasion.

    Excellent service by both Bolt Base and Royal Mail courier. Screws hand delivered through letterbox and received as seen. Screws were very well packaged in small jiffy style bag and all received without damage. Have purchased from Bolt Base before and always found their service first class. Very many thanks.
