The lights he shipped were exactly as described, in an unopened and undamaged package but they didn't work right (obviously a manufacturers defect). Bob responded to my "contact seller" comment immediately and shipped out a new set the same day! New set works perfectly. Thanks Bob.

Provided great communication on item being sent and potential delivery delays due to the holidays (not under their control of course). Item arrived early regardless. Product was exactly as ordered and in great condition. I owe this to the seller taking extra effort to package the fragile item with multiple layers of bubble wrap and labeling the package with fragile stickers. Can't ask for more then that! Thank you again. I recommend this seller to all.
