  Can't even track the package. I understand late deliveries happen and am generally unbothered, but it only says the shipping label was created and nothing more, despite having supposed to have been delivered Sept 27th - Oct 4th. I got an email asking me to rate the item, despite that though.

  I ordered a specific printer and was sent a different model with scratches..I was all set up with new ink for the one model I ordered...now I can't use them.. I contacted the seller an he only said the models he sold were used..I ordered a MFC-J497DW PRINTER. This is what I received..
