  Sealed and New, Shipping packaging isn’t as ideal(outer package solid but inner package with tape on wrappers undesired-peeled tape off and left the masking tape film or whatnot from glue on it). Great for kids having unique cards, or Nostalgia. I am satisfied with my purchase, great seller and shipping with price. Would buy from again
