    Having ordered off you before all was ok hence reordering but this occasion was poor and misleading. If you state post as 48 tracked royal mail then is the postage you should use .NOT EVRI which took over a week, then it said delivered when it wasnt until hours later. I contacted you first with no reply then again which you did offer a refund which never happened. Okay i now have the labels but wrapping in plastic did not protect them the edges are bashed. Communication was not the best sadly.
