I wrote to the seller and told them how much I admired the scarf and wished it was mine. To my joy and surprise the seller responded and the rest is history!   This punch was as described and at a good price. When package was finally received today, after being in USPS system for 9 days (USPS errors) I discovered she shipped the border punch in its *open and unlocked* position and had stuffed newspaper under the *open* punch lever for shipping, then surrounded it in 1 small piece of bubble wrap and padded the box with more newspaper!! All punches should be shipped in their "closed / locked" position. Would I buy from her again? Absolutely not.
