    Seller sent wrong strap.I contacted the seller who asked for proof that I had the correct watch model that I said I had when ordering. I sent proof proving the mistake was theirs. Seller then stopped answering my messages. No stuck with strap that’s not what I ordered. Advice only….Don’t buy from this seller!!!👎🏻

    Wrong item received, which i returned. Sellers asked for a photo, I sent a photo of the item I ordered but not what I received as it was not made clear what photo they wanted. I returned the incorrect item and the seller denied receiving it. I have had no refund or the correct item I ordered. I have tried many times reaching out with the seller to resolve the issue, to no avail. Do not deal with these people.

    Never arrived, contact the seller said if it didn’t arrive in three days they would issue a refund and make a claim to Royal Mail. Never arrived, and no refund. Awful customer service. I want a refund but when I click to seller an error page comes up. Don’t buy from this seller.
