  Despite there being problems with the product itself the seller responded promptly and amicably with a solution and that is always worth positive feedback in my opinion as there are so many that dont. Otherwise the item was delivered really quickly. Many thanks. An good honest seller.

  The seller's communication was very good and quick responses. I asked if the item was in stock and could be delivered to my address in Aberdeenshire, which was confirmed. However, upon placing my order, I received an update a few hours after advising that they had an issue with the inventory and the item wasn't available. I requested a refund which was received in full within 24 hours.
