  Item was unfortunately shattered when it arrived--no big deal, these things happen. Seller was very quick to respond to my inquiry and re-send the item, and clearly took additional care with the packaging. Replacement item was as described, in perfect condition. Very pleased to find a replacement for my hard-to-find old shower knobs! Would definitely do business with this seller again. Thank you!

  This seller is #1 in my rating. They responded to all of my questions, packaged well and shipped as stated. The Roman tub faucet with sprayer was in pristine shape and the handles that I ordered separately were also in new condition.   Received only to discover some customer had removed a crucial seal from the faucet cartridge, reassembled and returned it to the seller. The orange seal in attached photo. Seller sourced a replacement cartridge and had it on the way to me in a couple of days. 5* seller with fantastic communication and follow-through.
