Often sellers will get lazy when shipping broken stuff because "what does it matter, it's already broken" - but it _does_ matter, and I really appreciate BlueSkyTreasures for not using that excuse. They also immediately got in contact with me when there was a shipping problem, despite the problem being entirely UPS's fault and not theirs. Great seller, I would absolutely buy from them again.
