  As advertised, then Worked with me when I had a issue, sent me a fantastic quality item, shipped fast, well packaged and safely, so arrived perfect condition, packed, at great price & value, that looked better than most stuff, I buy, high quality appearance.   Good delivery time from US to Australia. Cable arrived well packaged and undamaged. Top quilty lead that came with all information for the usb driver for it as it is a Kenwood NX lead, so not just plug and play. Also came with an email address if further help is needed. Highly recomend this seller for your radio programming cables. I will be purchasing from again. Pete

  The cable arrived quickly and was nicely packed. I have connected it between my Kenwood TS-690S and my Dell 7220 Latitude Tablet and after contacting an Elmer to assist me in downloading the drivers and setting it up, the cable works wonderfully. The cable seems to be fine quality and is a nice length for my shack. I did contact the seller concerning if this would work with my radio and they were very quick with their reply and answered my questions. 5 Star Seller and would buy from again. 73'
