  I don't recommend the Ebay provided tracking system at all. It does not provide accurate tracking, and says delivered even when things are lost. This seller however dealt with the first one with class, and i appreciate it. The replacement showed up as delivered two days before it was, with no correct trackin form the USPS link. That is actually and Ebay tracking problem though, the seller sis just great. Thanks agaiN! Great patch BTW 3

  All I can say is that I accidentally made this purchase, reached out to the seller and they immediately canceled my order and I got my money back. I've had others keep my money and claim they couldn't cancel even though it hadn't even been shipped or anything so this is definitely a seller I'd WANT to purchase from after seeing how fast they worked to cancel my order. Mind you I immediately reached out after realizing I made the purchase though, not after it was sent out or even a day or 2 after

  Very nice quality patch! Bright colors. I wish you had the loop and hook option, since I want to use it on my backpacks. The delivery was not as good. Was marked as “delivered” and it wasn’t until the next day. But I contacted Blue Heron Designs and they told me that maybe happened and they were right. Very good service!
