Pointless using the Royal Mail tracking service, as the package only shows once it has been delivered - an undelivered package seemingly doesn't exist. As the package was being delivered to work, I just had to keep checking in to see if my replacement package had arrived - which it did, 16 days after placing my order.

Delivery was strange, as there was a message saying the item was delivered; when this was not the case. The delivery happened two days later. So all good now. Seller should be sure that a delivery had taken place, before stating that it did. Else, they risk having a bad review.
