Arrived as described with QAQC label on the side of the case. Booted without issue and Win 11 Pro installed. M.2 drive is SATA (not NVMe) but it was never described as an NVMe drive. Good value. The item received was exactly as they described in the eBay auction page. This shipping was excellent, I got it the next day! The packaging of the unit, excellent! If it was dropped, or handled roughly in shipping, it would not have damaged anything, with how well they padded the unit. There was a problem with the refurbished computer, and they stepped up, and handled the problem. Total 5 star operation!!!
