  Absolutely the best customer service I've ever dealt with! Helped with shipping and customs into the United States. Followed up with UPS when there was a delay in customs. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner before, during, and after delivery. The R2-D2 unit is beautiful. There are a couple little issues that we need to work out. But I'm confident we will.   We’re absolutely thrilled with this purchase... it exceeded every expectation! I was initially hesitant about ordering internationally and spending this much, but the communication was fantastic throughout. Every message was answered promptly and thoughtfully, which really put my mind at ease. Let’s be honest, projects like this often take longer than planned, and that can be stressful. But once it arrives… wow. You’ll be completely blown away. We adore our R2... thank you so much!

  Ordered in over a month ago for way over a month ago still haven’t received it. Haven’t got a message saying you know hey it’s taking longer than it was supposed to nothing so I don’t think I do any business with them ever again.

  Please check your inbox. We have tried to reach out several times since the day of purchase to explain that you bought only the upgrade electronics, not a full R2-D2 statue. And that it requires a base unit to apply the upgrades. We also shared links to the correct base units if you intended to proceed. We asked that if you simply wanted us to send only the upgrade, you needed to clearly confirm it. Because if that wasn’t your goal, you might not have the skill to install the kit by yourself.

  Absolutely gorgeous kit. Less cleanup work then expected so far. It came extremely well packaged and arrived in great shape! I'll have to dig through the boxes to find the assembly directions, but so far it's great, the pictures are from the initial test fit. Outstanding communication, especially considering the time zone differences. I will try to update this once it's completed.

  Superlatives do not do this item justice, the quality is fantastic, it really looks screen accurate & the paintwork finish is first class. This is the best value for money of any R2 D2 I have seen. This IS the droid you are looking for. The packaging is the best &, I would say, it would be difficult to pass a cats whisker between the polystyrene the box wall & the product, totally secure. Sellers communication kept me informed of every detail, from manufacturing through to shipping & customs.
