  Shipping was fast. One dish was broken during shipping. Seller gave us a refund for the broken dish. She explained that someone else packed it for her since she was in the hospital. This person didn't wrap the dishes like the seller. She felt so bad that the dish came broken. So she offered us a refund. Seller is very easy to work with. Will buy again.

  This was a much appreciated bargain of a no-longer available item. The boxes were a bit smooshed, but adequately described, so not unexpected. There was no damage to the tubes inside. They took longer to arrive, with delayed mail service, but were shipped promptly, so nothing to detract from the dealer's good service. Shipping charges were most reasonable. Thanks!
