  accidentally got shipped a similar but wrong item, contacted seller - they were great and immediately sent out correct item - then its been sitting at post office distribution center an hour from my home for over a week. (NOT seller's fault!) so, seller was great, and very responsive and awesome - im just mad at the postal service a little bit bc i really wanted my bag i ordered.
