    IT COULD HAVE GONE BAD BUT THEY MADE IT GREAT. They put an H on their chest and HANDLED IT. I received a blush that unfortunately arrived smashed, but the seller handled it perfectly. They responded to my message quickly and sent a replacement right away, which arrived in perfect condition with extra bubble wrap. Communication was excellent, shipping was fast, and they were honest and helpful every step of the way. A truly great seller—highly recommend!

    The item was delayed due to the federal holiday and also a UPS delay of service - the seller got back to me immediately when I reached out to explain. The package made it in the next day - excellent customer service and the product (a discontinued, favorite lilstick) was as promised: two brand new, unopened, pristine tubes of Maybelline 399 ‘more magenta’, I was so happy they had my favorite lip color ❤️😘 I recommend this seller and will use them again - five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
