  Lovely teapot, exactly as described. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with the delivery (not the sellers fault) but after contacting the seller, the problem was resolved straight away, another teapot was sent & received the next day, with a small gift by way of an apology. I was kept informed by the seller every step of the way. Good price, & well packaged. Would recommend the teapot & recommend the seller 100%. Thank you!

  Couldn’t ask for a better service from this company however their courier not so good, box was just left on the road at my gate no attempt to bring up the driveway, any passerby could have helped themselves
