  I had many problems with the shipping. From limited updates to out right lies of it being out to deliver and not even showing up the day they said it was out to deliver. The next day, they said it was out to deliver and never showed at my door. Today, because I can't get a key for my mailbox, I bought a new lock and found it in my mailbox. The product was exactly as described. Looked good. I wrote them back and apologized and let them know I did get it. Shipping horrible. Product great!

  As described and pictured fast secure shipping. USPS took forever to get it to me, not sellers fault but I recommend using alternative shipping companies. I will pay more for shipping to receive it faster and in good condition. Received refund after complaining then received a couple days after that. I never asked for a refund just got tiered of waiting. Still highly recommend seller 5star service. Thank you!!!!!

  Part is excellent, seller communication was really great but the packaging was careless. Should have at least used a small box. The aluminum battery bracket arrived in a usps padded envelope. I got lucky nothing was bent.

  The seller is amazing when received the item the first time I mess up one side of the head lights film cause was windy I wrote to the seller if he can sell that one peace and he told me not worried he will send a replacement at not cost to me and he did it I really appreciated for you kindness

  The post office tracking is horrible. Says that it was out for delivery in 2 different cities on 3 different days. The post office holds packages for days before delivering them. 90% of eBay’s problems are from post office shipping issues and not the seller. Just wanted to say that. Great seller. A+

  Avoid this seller. I received two strips of poor quailty wrap that would not stick after applying using the provided instructions resulting in a bubbled and poor appearance. Poor value. The seller recommended i use a professional installer and was a bully in customer service communications. This shop should be removed from EBay. The seller was very unprofessional and demeaning in the communications. The seller gave an unsolicited full refund followed by a long unnecessary bully comment.

  Thank you for your purchase. Sorry to here about such issue. Professional installation is always recommended if no experience with vinyl graphics or light wrap products. I am sure it is hard for staff to provide direction or instruction to customer or installer if they do not have basic understanding of vinyl. Nor does thickness determine quality. We have sold and installed many never an issue. No worries per your request looks like they simply refunded your order. BAM Team After Hours Support
