When I communicated with the seller, he was friendly, patient and understanding. He wanted me 100% satisfied with my purchase. I sent the C64 back, he fixed the damaged component and shipped it back to me. He got to work right away - incredibly fast turnaround time! This seller's good reputation is deserved. He cares about his customers. I highly recommend this seller!

The 1514 drive was in excellent condition just as advertised and works great. He even included a game on floppy disk that was left inserted in the drive as a nice surprise. Cartridges were not well-protected in shipping - they were all just pressed against one another in the box with a tiny amount of paper put in to fill the box. I understand some of them were pretty rough looking to begin with, but no sense treating them like garbage. Items didarrive as-described. If I bought something more expensive or fragile I would hope that the seller would treat the items better.
