Once informed I hadn't received the item, the seller contact the postal service, kept me updated and happily refunded the item when the postal service couldn't find the item. Had to request that eBay customer service steps in and get involved. Awful experience with this seller. Quality seems ok, but value for money isn't great either. Condition and Appearance isnt what I'd pay for either. Stay away from this one
