  Very fast postage and delivery (arrived the next day after I ordered, what more can you ask for). Well packaged and laptop exactly as described. Seller gave excellent service (fixed a missing footpad on the laptop before posting, and emailed on how to setup the laptop with the correct drivers).   We had a couple of issues with the laptop after delivery and contacted the seller for advice. The seller was very quick to respond and besides sending a replacement PSU, also offered futher options including returning the laptop if we wanted to - which we did, and upon receipt we were refunded very quickly! Excellent communication from this seller.

  Finally arrived 6 days after I initially ordered it and after contacting the seller to ask where this item had got to, I BOUGHT IT AS NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT IT ISN'T!
