  Item was received exactly as described, with fast shipping and great communication from the seller. My only complaint is that the bike didn’t come with assembly instructions, though that appears to be a manufacturer issue rather than the seller’s fault. The listing did clearly state that the bike should be assembled by a professional, but it seems unnecessary if you already have the tools and ability to do it yourself.
