The seller was quick to reply and helpful with taking my measurements, and keeping me updated during the making of my jacket. It arrived October 10, ahead of schedule. The seller sent an actual photo of the finished product, so I would know exactly what to expect. It was very close to the description, 90%+. The price was amazing for what I got. For bikers, I would recommend adding a half inch or inch to your arm circumference for comfort.
